1 Introduction

Welcome to 10tk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 10tk platform, including the website at https://10tk.live, the 10tk Android app and all games, features and services offered through them. By registering an account or using any part of the 10tk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

4 Deposits

• 10tk charges no withdrawal fees.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 10tk — including Golf, Jurassic Kingdom, Royal Fishing, Demon Hunter, Monster Crash and Drill That Gold — use a provably fair cryptographic RNG system. The outcome of every round is determined by a server seed and a client seed before the round begins. After the round ends, players can verify the result using the seed values displayed in their game history.

Each game has its own set of rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. These details are available within each game's interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a bet after it has been accepted is not possible.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

10tk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.

• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support.
• If your account is closed voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account within 3 business days.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 10tk reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
• 10tk may close accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months. Players will be notified before closure and given the opportunity to withdraw their balance.
